From the age of 8, I was educated at a nonpublic Tibetan Buddhist school in Upstate New York, where we were taught to read and write Tibetan as well as memorize and recite dharma texts and study basic Buddhist philosophy. In the later years, we learned Tibetan sacred dances, instruments, and accompanying texts and rituals.

After finishing school I moved to New York City and began working at a television production company. During this time, I became interested in hula hooping and have been hooping professionally since 2015. I’ve also taken up rock climbing and am happy to be up here not far from the Gunks.

I have always loved playing and being with children and cannot express enough how happy I am to be a part of the Middle Way School. I’ve already learned so much in my short time here and cannot wait to continue to grow with the kids.
