Annie has been Buddhist most of her life and a student of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche since 2011. She aspires to contribute to Rinpoche’s vision in actualizing Buddhist education for children around the world for generations to come.

 

Annie has 15+ years in the technology web space with a focus on operations strategy and implementation. She has a knack for organizing and keeping things tidy. She was born in Hong Kong, grew up in New York City, and had graduated from University of Rochester with a double major in religion and economics.

 

Annie now lives with her partner Simon at Zen Mountain Monastery where she’s developed a love for the forest and all its inhabitants — especially the birds and chipmunks. She is well traveled, loves to cook, and in particular, eat!
