How to Apply to the Middle Way School

You can download an application form here. Please complete one form per child and return to MWS along with the application fee.
Once your application and application fee have been received, we will contact you to arrange for a time for you and your child to meet with our teachers and director. This will be an opportunity for you to explore whether MWS is a good fit for your family.
You will receive a notification if there is a space for your child or not. If there is a space, then this letter will include a contract for enrollment.
All parents/guardians should sign the contract and return to us along with the deposit check.
